Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your command center in Kalema. After logging in, this is the first screen you'll see. It gives you quick access to all the tools and shows your performance at a glance.

Dashboard Sections

Your dashboard is organized into several sections, each designed to help you work efficiently:

1. Welcome Hero Section

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see a personalized welcome message that changes based on the time of day:

  • Good morning - Before 12:00 PM

  • Good afternoon - 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

  • Good evening - After 5:00 PM

This section also includes a "Getting Started: Watch Now" button to help new users learn the platform quickly.

2. Quick Stats Grid

Below the welcome section, you'll find four stat cards that show your performance metrics:

  • Content Analyzed: Total number of content pieces you've analyzed

  • AI Articles Generated: Number of articles created using AI

  • Average Quality Score: Your overall content quality percentage

  • Workflows Executed: Total number of AI workflows you've run

Each card shows the current value along with a trend indicator showing your progress.

3. Quick Launch Agents

This section provides one-click access to the most commonly used tools:

  • SEO Content Analyzer: Analyze existing content for SEO improvements

  • Pro Mode Writer: Advanced 8-stage content optimization tool

  • AI Article Generator: Create new articles with AI assistance

  • Content Projects: View and manage all your blog projects

Click any card to jump directly to that tool.

4. Workflow Groups

The main content area organizes your workflows into logical groups:

Site Audit

Analyze your website for technical SEO issues and get actionable recommendations.

Create New Content

  • Strategy: Plan your content strategy

  • Content Creation: Create articles and blog posts

  • Other Content: Generate other types of content

Optimize Existing Content

  • Optimize: Improve your existing content for better rankings

  • Repurpose: Transform content into different formats

Sidebar Navigation

On the left side of your screen, you'll find the sidebar navigation. This is always visible and gives you access to all major sections of Kalema:

  • Dashboard: Return to this main screen

  • Blog: Access your blog projects and AutoBlog

  • SEO Tools: SEO Checker, Normal Mode, Pro Mode

  • SEO Library: YouTube SEO and quick analysis tools

  • Analytics: Google Search Console and YouTube analytics

  • Integrations: Connect WordPress, Shopify, and analytics

  • Settings: Workspace and account settings

Workspace Selector

At the top left corner of the sidebar, you'll see your current workspace name. Click on it to:

  • Switch between workspaces

  • Create a new workspace

Tip: Use the Quick Launch Agents for your most common tasks. They're the fastest way to start working on your content.
