Analytics Overview

The Analytics dashboard connects to Google Search Console and YouTube to show your content's search performance. Track clicks, impressions, rankings, and discover opportunities to improve.

Connecting Your Accounts

Before using Analytics, connect your accounts:

  • Google Search Console: For website search data

  • YouTube: For video performance data

Click Connect on the Analytics page to authorize access. Select the property or channel you want to track.

Data Sources

Toggle between two data sources:

  • Website: Google Search Console data for your website

  • YouTube: YouTube Analytics data for your channel

Dashboard Tabs

The Analytics dashboard has four main tabs:

Overview

See high-level performance metrics:

  • Total clicks and impressions

  • Average CTR (click-through rate)

  • Average position in search results

  • Performance chart over time

Low-Hanging Fruits

Find quick-win optimization opportunities:

  • Keywords ranking on page 2 (positions 11-20)

  • High-impression, low-click keywords

  • Keywords close to top rankings

Rank Tracking

Monitor specific keywords over time:

  • Track important keywords manually

  • See ranking changes day by day

  • Get alerts for significant changes

Kalema Impact

Measure the performance of articles created with Kalema:

  • See how Kalema articles perform in search

  • Track improvement over time

Time Range Selection

Choose how much data to view:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 28 days

  • Last 90 days

Performance Chart

Toggle which metrics to display on the chart:

  • Clicks: How many times users clicked your result

  • Impressions: How many times your result appeared

  • CTR: Click-through rate (clicks Γ· impressions)

  • Position: Average ranking position

Refreshing Data

Data automatically refreshes every 24 hours. Click the Refresh button to manually update.
