Best Practices
Create profiles for different content types: Have separate profiles for blog posts, product reviews, and technical guides
Match your brand guidelines: Use the same tone and formality you use elsewhere
Be specific in agent instructions: The more detail you provide, the better the AI matches your style
Test and refine: Generate a few articles and adjust your profile based on results
Use descriptive names: Name profiles clearly so you can easily select the right one
Workspace-Specific
Writing Style Profiles are tied to your current workspace. Each workspace can have its own set of profiles, allowing different brands or projects to maintain separate voices.
