Subscription & Usage
The Usage section in your profile shows your current subscription, payment method, and credit balance. Manage your billing and monitor your usage from here.
Accessing Subscription Info
Click your avatar in the sidebar
Select Profile
Click Usage in the left menu
What You'll See
Subscription Details
Plan Name: Your current subscription tier (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
Billing Cycle: Monthly or yearly
Status: Active, cancelled, or expired
Next Billing Date: When your next payment is due
Credit Balance
Monthly Credits: Credits included with your plan (reset each billing cycle)
Permanent Credits: One-time purchased credits that never expire
Total Available: Combined credits you can use
Payment Method
Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Last 4 digits of card number
Expiration date
Managing Your Subscription
Update Payment Method
Click Manage Subscription
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal
Update your payment details there
Cancel Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm your decision
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
After cancellation:
You keep access until the period ends
Monthly credits will not renew
Permanent credits remain available
Reactivate Subscription
If you cancelled but the period hasn't ended yet:
Go to the Usage section
Click Reactivate Subscription
Your subscription continues as normal
No Active Subscription
If you don't have an active subscription, you'll see:
A message indicating no active subscription
A Subscribe Now button to choose a plan
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher tier:
Go to the Subscription page from the sidebar
Select a higher plan
Complete payment through Stripe
Your new plan takes effect immediately
Buying Additional Credits
Need more credits? Purchase credit packages:
Go to the Credits page
Select a credit package
Complete payment
Credits are added immediately and never expire
