What Are Workspaces

A workspace is a container for organizing all your content related to a specific website, brand, or client. Each workspace has its own projects, integrations, and analytics connections.

Why Use Workspaces?

  • Keep content for different websites separate

  • Manage multiple clients without mixing their data

  • Connect different CMS platforms and analytics per workspace

Creating a Workspace

  1. Click the workspace name in the top left corner of the sidebar

  2. Click "Create Workspace"

  3. Enter a name for your workspace

  4. Click "Create"

Switching Workspaces

  1. Click the workspace name in the top left corner

  2. Select the workspace you want to switch to

All your content, integrations, and settings will change to reflect the selected workspace.

Tip: Name your workspaces after your websites or clients for easy identification.
